The CFDA IMPACT traveling talk series Conversations with Creatives explores careers in the fashion industry, produced by Design & Dialogue. The series will visit some of America’s most diverse cities to exchange educational discourse while infusing local creatives and insights into its design and execution.

The series prequel launched in November 2022 was at the NYC SOHO House titled The Business of Black Hair – a career conversation with Ursula Stephen and Naeemah Lafond, moderated by Dionne Cochrane delved into the journeys of these renowned creatives to discover the skillsets and resources needed in the hair profession in the fashion industry.

In 2023 the series is set to hit cities like Atlanta, Detroit, New Orleans, and Washington DC, covering a host of timely topics within fashion and its industry crossover.
