Chokor Nira Ochre Pillow is a slightly textured handwoven pillow where our artisans have skillfully created a classic pattern using an ancient weaving technique. Undyed yarn is used as a design element with the backdrop of pleasant hues of ochre yellow. The dyes are completely natural made by using flowers & herbs. The beauty of this pillow is in its pure design that stands out with the use of undyed white yarns left in its natural state. We are using a 700 year old weaving technique, which only this specific artisan cluster is known to using.
As this pillow is 100% handmade from start to finish, each piece is unique and will have a slight variation which is the beauty of the handmade process.
Requiring attention to detail and finishing, It takes an incredibly skillful master artisan to make this special piece which is unique to the artisan cluster it originates from.

Inserts : High quality plush down inserts are used as fillers to make the pillow look fuller and rich. Down insert alternatives are also possible upon request. If you are looking to buy only the covers , it is possible upon request and the price will change.

Packaging : If you require a reusable packaging pouch as shown in the last image, it is available on a small additional charges on a wholesale order. Each pouch is also made by artisans using a durable cotton canvas fabric.
